Shipping
We ship via USPS or UPS. All orders receive a tracking number once shipped.
Turnaround time: 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an address results in a postal error prior to shipment due to missing or incorrect information, the order will be cancelled. We are unable to contact customers to obtain corrected addresses.
Refunds will not be issued for orders with incorrect shipping information or for claims of non-delivery when tracking confirms the package was delivered. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or no forwarding address, the customer will be refunded for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the order will be cancelled. Orders will not be reshipped once returned.
Return Policy
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Returns for non-custom items are subject to approval by Aris Attire LLC. Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- A return request must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery (as shown by tracking)
- Non-custom items are subject to a 5% restocking fee
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If approved, a return shipping label will be provided. Items must be shipped back within 3 business days of receiving the label. Failure to ship within this timeframe will result in the return being voided.
